Rod combines his formal education in structural engineering and finance with thirty years of progressive practice in sales, leasing, finance, entitlements, development, design, and construction on over $500 million of projects.   Rod is licensed in Minnesota as a Real Estate Broker, a Civil/Structural Engineer, and a General Contractor and operates TERRANOVA, LLC, a full service construction and engineering firm and Rod Miller & Associates, a commercial brokerage firm.    His unique experience helps bridge risk and reward to seize and capitalize on opportunities on the client's behalf.   Rod communicates skillfully with all stakeholders groups including owners, brokers, financiers, design professionals, entitlement agencies, and construction subcontractors to achieve successful projects.    Industry experience includes office, retail, manufacturing, distribution, restaurant, hospitality, medical, clean rooms, senior care, multi-residential, airlines, industrial, government, structured parking, and land portfolios.    Rod received both his BSCE in Structural Engineering and his MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and is a member in various local professional and service and sports organizations.   In short, Rod brings a unique breadth and depth of knowledge and experience, a very hard and fun work ethic, an excellent professional network, and unparalleled responsiveness…..a sound choice for you and your business to rely on.
